Week 7 = Nasuea

Nausea. Everyday!

Nausea has been on and off for me. Sometimes i wake up with it, other times it comes out of nowhere in the middle of the day, and if I am lucky it starts in the morning, and stays with me all day. Sometime ago I read that nausea is a sign that the placenta is developing well. So, at least I know things are going well in the mist of all my complaining of not feeling well.

Some minor hot flashes have occurred. I may get them a few times a day. Steve is loving that I am not cold all the time now. Last year at work I would have my heater under my desk going all the time, and was wearing a sweater. So far..no fan and no sweater. My office is sitting at 72.0 degrees, and I am as comfortable as ever.

I am not feeling as tired as I have in the past week. Could be that I had a nice relaxing weekend and could set as much rest as I needed, or it could be I have become used to be tired, so I do not notice it as much as I did on the beginning.

Other than that, I am doing well. My pants are still fitting, although they are not fitting as well as they did a week ago. Also, my tops are becoming snug . Everyday is a challenge to get ready in the morning. Things are not fitting as comfortable as they once did and I am having a hard time with that. When this would happen to me in the past I would go to the gym. I really wanted to wait on buying maternity clothes, so I will be making my clothes fit for the next little while.

I have continued going to the gym 3-5 days a week, and with all my efforts I have gained 1 lb. I could live with gaining 1 lb a month, but I do not think will be feasible.
